Every team develops its own way of working. Documents hold years of knowledge. Familiar tools give conversations a place to happen. Established workflows reflect lessons learned over many collections.

A new workspace should build on that investment. Our approach to integrations starts with connecting the work around Warpoki, so teams can move forward without having to rebuild everything that already works for them.

A reference in one application may explain a decision in another. A supplier update may change how a product is developed. When those connections depend on someone copying information and repeating the explanation, the work becomes harder to follow.

The purpose of an integration is to carry the relevant context across that gap. Bring information closer to where it is needed, reduce repeated handoffs, and help the team understand how a change relates to the wider work.

Teams are building useful ways of working with agents, too. An assistant may know a particular process, draw on specialist knowledge, or help with a recurring task. That work should have a place alongside the applications and information the team relies on.

We’re extending this approach toward MCP connections and external agents. The direction is to let compatible tools and agents participate in the work around Warpoki, carrying useful context between them while keeping access and responsibilities clear.

Connecting a team’s work does not need to begin with a complete change of process. Start with a handoff that takes too much effort, information that is repeatedly entered, or a task that could benefit from an existing agent.
