One Dictionaries page and a new signup

All dictionary lists are now on one page that you edit like a spreadsheet. Signup takes four short pages and sets up your workspace for you. Your existing codes, products, materials and BOMs stay the same.

Dictionaries

All dictionary lists are on one Dictionaries page. Pick a list on the left, then edit its cells in the grid. Changed cells are marked, and one save writes all changes. If you leave with unsaved changes, Warpoki asks first.

A first click selects a cell. A second click, a double-click or Enter opens it. Click a column header to sort: ascending, then descending, then the default order. The Materials grid works the same way, and its Sort button is removed.

Every list has a Remark column. Add an entry to Favorites to show it first in pickers. For units, the favorite is the default unit, and new materials start with it.

If records use an entry, a delete hides it. The records keep it, and new records cannot pick it. Choose Show Hidden to see it again. An entry that nothing uses is deleted.

Use column

Click a Use cell to see the products and materials that use the entry. Search them by code or name, choose View all to see every record, or open them in the product or material list.

A record that uses an entry in more than one way now counts once, so some numbers in Use are lower than before. No entry changes between used and not used.

Codes

Set the code format of each dictionary in Settings › Details › Dictionary codes. The Code header shows the format. A new format applies only to codes created or edited later. Existing codes stay the same.

Generate code makes a code in this format. It also replaces the AUTO_ codes that an import made. A new row shows Generated on save until you save it.

A drop code is built from the year, season and wave, in your workspace's format. Change the year, season or wave, and the code changes with it.

When you change a code that other codes use, Warpoki shows the linked codes first. Choose Update all to change the existing codes too, or Only for new records to keep them. Then no other entry can take the old code. Exported or printed documents do not change.

Sizes and colors

The Size list has a Size groups column, and the separate Size Group list is gone. Your size groups and their sizes stay. A size can be in more than one group. Create, rename or delete groups in the picker. In a product, pick a size group to pick all its sizes at once.

A color can have the Product scope, the Material scope or both. Product color pickers list only colors with Product. Material and BOM pickers list only colors with Material. Each color keeps its current scope.

Signup and workspace

Signup has four pages: Welcome, Workspace details, Theme preference and Basics. Use the dots to go back. Signup creates your workspace, its brand and the default lists in the language you choose: colors, categories, sizes, drops and a unit.

The setup checklist and its card on the home page are removed, because signup now does this work.

A workspace has one brand. Edit the workspace name, the brand name and the product title prefix in Settings › Details. New products and imported products get the workspace brand, so the product form, the product list and data import no longer ask for a brand.

Warpoki now says workspace, not tenant. When your language is English, server error messages are in English too.

Products

Product styles are removed from products, dictionaries and code rules. No workspace used them.

Product code rules no longer have a Brand part. Use a Fixed text part instead. Existing product codes do not change.
