The Node canvas
The canvas is now a board of Nodes that you connect into flows. A send on an Image Gen or Text Node runs the Nodes before it first, and every member of the board sees the run live. A Node keeps its newest 200 images, and every member can open Images.
Nodes, lines and Groups
Add Asset, Image Gen and Text Nodes to the board. Drag from the "+" of a Node to another Node to connect them. A Node uses the Nodes connected into it as its inputs.
Put Nodes in a Group to keep them together. Press G and draw an area, or select Nodes and press ⌘G.
Copy, paste and duplicate Nodes with the lines between them. A deleted Node goes to the Trash, and Restore puts it back in its place. When you empty the Trash, its images stay in Images.
Runs and flows
An Image Gen Node makes images from its prompt and inputs. A Text Node writes text from its prompt and inputs.
When you send on a Node, the Nodes before it that must run first run in order. A Node that waits for another Node shows Waiting. When an input changes after a run, the result shows Changed.
Every member of the board sees a run live, from the start to its result or its failure.
Node panel
The Model row names the model that runs the Node. The Images row shows how many images the Node uses and how many the model takes, for example 3 of 4.
If you add more images than the model takes, nothing is added, and a message names the limit, for example "FLUX.2 Klein 4B takes up to 4 reference images."
History shows the newest 200 images of the Node. Older images stay in Images. Click See all in Images to see all images of the Node.
Images
Every member can now open Images and see the images they have access to. Use the Node filter to see only the images of one Node.
Fixes
A collaborator's selection shows as the outline of the Node in their color, and their cursor follows their pointer exactly.
In Safari, a selection box on an empty part of the board no longer selects page text.
The mouse wheel zooms the board also over a selected Text or Image Gen Node, unless its prompt can scroll.
