The Agent is your home

Every workspace now opens on the Agent page, with starter cards, recent chats, and automatic chat titles. The Agent can read material images and change materials and BOMs after you approve. A new sidebar holds your account and help menus, and pages across the app look and behave more consistently.

Start on the Agent page

The Agent page is now the home page for every workspace, and the Overview page is gone. Opening the workspace or going back from Settings takes you to the Agent page.

A new chat shows starter cards and your three most recent chats, each with its age. A starter puts its prompt in the message box, so you can edit it before you send. Admins can use Finish workspace setup to get AI guidance through the remaining setup steps.

New chats get a short title after the first reply, and the chat list shows it without a reload. A chat you renamed keeps your name.

On other pages, the Agent opens in a floating panel. Minimize the panel to keep the chat, or open the same chat on the Agent page.

The Agent asks before it changes your data

Before the Agent adds or changes records, it shows an approval card. Each record has its own page with the same fields and controls as its drawer, and you can edit the values before you approve. Approve for me skips the card, and your permissions still apply.

The Agent can read material images, create materials from them, and update existing materials. A new material from the same supplier and style joins that series and keeps its source image. In draft BOMs, the Agent can change a line in every color or set the material for each color. It does not change finalized BOMs.

On the onboarding checklist, AI assist opens the Agent with a request to finish your workspace setup. Use defaults adds the platform's default dictionaries without the Agent, and it lists what it will add before you confirm.

Materials, BOMs, and dictionaries

The material drawer can fill in a material from its image, including name, supplier, width, composition, colors, and price. AI fill changes only empty fields. Regenerating shows the current and proposed values, and you confirm before anything changes.

Colors from an image match your closest existing color, and suppliers match by name or phone number. When nothing matches, the drawer proposes a new color or supplier and creates it only when you save.

Each workspace has one default unit, which new material drafts start with. Choose it with Set as Default in the units dictionary. The default dictionaries for new workspaces include Piece as the default unit. In the BOM drawer, the color tabs line up with Add Material, Delete removes the focused color tab, and Escape during a row drag cancels only the drag.

The materials page no longer freezes after you open the create drawer and leave. Discard changes and Escape now clear a new draft row. Searches treat % and _ as normal characters. You can again delete a dictionary entry that only deleted records use, and size groups can be deleted again. New supplier codes continue the correct sequence.

A new sidebar with account and help menus

The title bar is gone. The account menu at the top of the sidebar holds Settings, your remaining usage, theme, language, and sign out. If you belong to more than one workspace, Switch workspace lists them and marks the current one.

The help menu at the bottom left lists Docs, Feedback, Onboarding, and Audit Log when your role allows them. Under What's new, it shows the three newest releases. A release opens in a side sheet, and Full changelog opens in a new tab.

The dictionary list collapses and expands with the same motion as the main sidebar. On screens narrower than 1024px, a sub-sidebar becomes a tab strip, and phones get a top bar with the navigation button. On Canvas, Share and collaborator avatars are in the canvas header.

A more consistent interface

Buttons, badges, menus, and type sizes follow one design system across the app. Toasts appear at the top right on every page, including Canvas, and notices that wait for you have a close button. Menus close at once, and the buttons that open them no longer shrink when pressed.

Navigation and page titles use short names, such as Products, Materials, Dictionaries, BOM, and Audit Log. Administrator is now Admin, and Material Type is now Material Category. Page titles and breadcrumbs follow the navigation, and error pages have a Retry button.

Error messages are translated, and some include steps to fix the problem. Import results show clear messages instead of raw system text, and import warnings are translated. In dark mode, warning badges and edited grid cells use a clearer highlight. About 20 accessibility fixes give controls proper names and focus.

More dependable everyday work

If you try to create a product with required fields missing, a message names the missing fields. The workspace switcher opens when you click it. If a save may have gone through but returned an error, the app reloads the latest saved data.

If a canvas cannot connect, it shows a Reload button. While the app restarts during an update, pages show a restart notice instead of an error.
